Rotational Engineering Program
The Rotational Engineer Program is designed for new Engineering graduates to learn about processes and procedures within Washington Penn.
It's your chance to get hands-on experience to shape what's next in any industry, developing the products of tomorrow for many global brands.
We rotate our new graduate Engineers through several departments over the course of 1-2 years to get a solid foundation of how our company is successful. This program includes rotations through manufacturing, and working on process engineering projects through each of our six U.S. plants.
The Engineers will also go through shorter rotations in process engineering, reliability, product development, sales & marketing, and product management. This is a great opportunity to become a well-rounded Engineer while learning about the strategies of our operations.
We look for candidates who are interested in plastics, with a path into Engineering leadership.
